You will conduct candidate outreach, perform phone screenings, assess applicant qualifications, and coordinate interviews with recruiting teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-focused, and looking to build a career in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Responsibilities Reach out to prospective candidates through outbound calls and follow-up communications. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, availability, and interest. Educate candidates about available positions and hiring expectations. Identify qualified applicants and move them through the recruitment pipeline. Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking system. Meet daily screening, scheduling, and productivity goals. Assist with additional staffing and recruiting projects as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Computer, mobile device, reliable primary and backup internet connection, and stable electricity. Comfortable managing multiple candidates and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
