Our AI Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing prompts used in AI systems to ensure high-quality, accurate, and scalable outputs. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop prompt strategies that support business goals such as marketing, automation, customer engagement, and content generation. Responsibilities Design, test, refine, and optimize prompts for AI language models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective AI prompts Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously improve prompt performance Support content creation, automation workflows, and AI-driven processes Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and results Document prompt structures, workflows, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field At least 1 year of experience using AI tools, content creation platforms, automation tools, or similar technologies Proven background in prompt engineering, copywriting, technical writing, or structured content development Strong understanding of how AI language models interpret prompts and generate responses Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines Willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and adapt to new AI technologies AWS Certification: e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar (Nice to Have) Application Question(s): Can you start ASAP?
