Position Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Level: Specialist to Manager Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Analytics Location: Taguig (BGC) Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite \& Work-from-Home Arrangement) Schedule Monday to Friday \| Morning Shift Budget: Open Role Overview We are currently hiring for multiple openings within our CRM Analytics team, ranging from Associate to Specialist level . We are seeking data-driven professionals who are passionate about customer analytics, campaign performance tracking, and lifecycle management. The role will support CRM initiatives by analyzing customer behavior, generating actionable insights, and helping improve engagement, retention, and overall customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical capabilities, business curiosity, and interest in leveraging data to drive strategic customer decisions. Key Responsibilities Support CRM and customer engagement initiatives through data analysis and performance reporting. Monitor and analyze customer lifecycle metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and churn. Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track campaign and customer performance. Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify trends, behavior patterns, and growth opportunities. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve conversion and engagement rates. Generate insights from large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, commercial, product, and operations to support CRM strategies. Assist in identifying customer pain points and opportunities for process improvement. Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and timely delivery of insights. Support ad hoc analysis and business intelligence requirements from stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. Open to candidates from Associate to Specialist level with relevant analytics experience. Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, CRM, or customer analytics is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
