We’re growing our sales team and looking for a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Inbound Sales Consultant to help convert leads into clients. This is a sales role first — ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, handling objections, following up consistently, and closing business in a structured, high-accountability environment. Convert inbound enquiries into paying clients through strong consultative selling Proactively follow up outbound opportunities and nurture leads through the sales process Understand each client’s property transaction needs and explain our services clearly and confidently Build trust, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects toward a decision Keep accurate notes and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive Follow sales processes, scripts, and performance expectations across daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Work closely with the broader team to deliver a seamless and professional client experience What we're looking for At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales experience A proven ability to meet targets in a KPI-driven sales environment Strong phone communication skills and confident English (verbal and written) Excellent objection handling, follow-up discipline, and closing ability Comfortable using CRM systems such as Pipedrive, diallers, and standard business tools Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform consistently in a remote work environment Experience in property, legal, mortgage, or financial services is helpful but not essential Who will thrive in this role?
