Key Responsibilities • Write and edit executive-facing articles and thought-leadership content that represent a premium brand to a senior audience • Produce, edit, and manage the weekly podcast from raw recordings through to publish-ready episodes • Perform substantial video editing — cutting long-form recordings into polished episodes and short-form clips • Repurpose podcast and long-form content into articles, social posts, and other formats across platforms • Build, run, and refine AI-powered content workflows (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up and scale production • Maintain a consistent weekly content and publishing cadence, protecting deadlines above all • Make sure every piece is on-brand, well-written, and ready for a senior executive audience • Collaborate closely with the day-to-day manager on priorities, direction, and feedback • Track content performance and suggest improvements to grow reach and engagement • Mandatory Skills: • Excellent business-level written English with genuine, demonstrable writing ability (article/long-form writing, not just captions) • Strong video editing skills — real, portfolio-level editing, not light trimming • Hands-on experience building and running content workflows with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT • Proven ability to produce and edit podcast content end to end • Comfortable repurposing long-form content into multiple formats • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and consistent at meeting deadlines • Preferred Skills: • Light Python or scripting ability to support and automate content workflows • Experience creating content for a B2B or executive/professional audience • Familiarity with short-form video for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok • Experience growing a podcast or content channel's reach and engagement • Ability to think strategically and bring fresh content ideas beyond execution • Ability to manage multiple content projects at once • Why Join Us: • This is a chance to own a content engine end to end and make a visible impact on a growing, premium brand.
