We help business owners untangle broken software systems and get the right information to the right people. Our Meta ad campaigns drive consistent inbound leads - and we're ready to bring this work in-house. We're hiring a Paid Media Strategist to own our Meta advertising end-to-end. What you'll own: Full management of our Meta Ads account (Facebook \& Instagram) - strategy, execution, budget, optimization Ad creative production - you write the copy, build the visuals, and direct/edit the videos Audience targeting, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign optimization Weekly reporting on cost-per-lead and cost-per-paying-customer Proposing and launching new campaigns and creative angles Eventually: extending into TikTok and LinkedIn paid ads as we scale You're a fit if you: Have 3\+ years running Meta ad accounts with monthly spend of $3,000\+ Can produce ad creative yourself - copy, static visuals, short-form video editing Speak the language of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and frequency without needing to look them up Have proof of campaigns you've improved (before/after numbers) Write strong English and can communicate clearly in async written form Are available for at least 2 hours of overlap with US Mountain Time (Colorado) per day Bonus if you: Have experience marketing B2B services, especially to small-to-mid-market business owners Have worked with ERP, SaaS, or professional services companies Have produced video content from podcast/call recordings Understand Odoo (we'll train you, but a head start helps) What we offer: Competitive hourly contractor rate based on experience 90-day performance review with rate increase potential 6-month review with further increase if performance milestones are met After 12 months of service: transition to monthly retainer structure with PTO equivalent Direct access to founders, no agency middle layer, real ownership of results Annual team gathering (we've flown the team together before - we believe in it) To apply: Send us: Your resume Two case studies of Meta campaigns you've managed (industry, budget, what changed, results) A 60-second Loom video introducing yourself and telling us what you'd want to test first if you ran our account Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid 20-hour assessment project.
