American Sign & Lighting is looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate has experience communicating with prospective customers, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, prospecting, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Contact prospective business customers by phone Identify and communicate with key decision-makers Introduce company services and identify potential customer needs Prospect and develop new business opportunities Qualify leads and schedule appointments Follow up with prospective customers Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities Accurately document activities and customer information in the CRM Work toward individual and team sales goals Collaborate with team members to support business growth Qualifications Previous sales or business development experience Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting Strong verbal and written English communication skills Professional and confident phone communication Ability to communicate effectively with business customers Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance expectations Ability to work independently in a remote environment CRM experience is preferred B2B sales experience is preferred Experience working with U.S. customers or businesses is a plus Full-cycle sales and closing experience is preferred for candidates interested in taking on greater sales responsibility but is not required for consideration. Compensation Starting base compensation is approximately $1,000 USD per month , plus sales commissions. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications and may be reviewed over time based on performance and demonstrated results. Work Schedule This is a full-time remote position. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time Team members must be available to work consistently during the required schedule.
