Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize the CRM (GoHighLevel), including tagging, segment building, and automated workflows • Handle CRM data entry and keep contact records accurate and organized • Learn and work within internal software systems while following strict privacy and security protocols • Build brand standards and a brand book in Canva to establish a consistent visual foundation • Design on-brand marketing materials, including flyers and social media graphics • Refine provided content pillars, themes, and offers into brand-voice content that grows community engagement and drives email capture • Implement and connect marketing automations across Meta (direct DMs, lead flows) into the CRM • Create and maintain marketing reports using Google Sheets and Google Docs • Manage tasks and deliverables through a project management tool such as ClickUp • Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience managing GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM) — tagging, segments, and automation flows • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva • Experience creating and scheduling social media content across platforms • Ability to translate brand standards into consistent, on-brand visuals • Fast learner, comfortable adopting new software and following privacy/security protocols • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs for reporting • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently • Strong communication skills • Preferred Skills: • Experience connecting marketing automations (Meta/Facebook, DMs) into a CRM • Familiarity with AI design/content tools such as Claude Design or ChatGPT to speed up production • Experience building brand books or brand-standard documentation • Working knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Why Join Us: • This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a multifaceted role where your work directly shapes our brand and operations.
