Job Description 1. Position Summary Manage administrative and coordination tasks for land acquisition, working closely with field-based land officers to ensure smooth implementation of all onshore and offshore projects. 2. Core Duties and Responsibilities 2.1. Land Data Management & Reporting Consolidate landowner profiles and property data submitted by field officers. Maintain and regularly update the land masterfile and project land status. Validate field reports and ensure consistency with official land records. Prepare reports and presentations for management on land acquisition progress. 2.2. Coordination & Field Oversight Coordinate the scheduling of surveys, boundary verifications, land titling, conversion, and expropriation processes. Monitor field team performance and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Coordinate with field-based Land Officers for the submission of documents to government agencies such as, but not limited to, the DENR, Registry of Deeds, and Assessor’s Office. 2.3. Support & Administrative Tasks Support land negotiations and address land-related inquiries. Draft letters and conduct research on land ownership, zoning, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the Land Paralegal for contract finalization and compliance requirements. Assist in processing payments for land acquisitions, leases, and taxes, including accurate record keeping. Coordinate with Finance/Accounting to ensure timely disbursement of land-related payments. 2.4. Other Task Perform general ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned to support land related concerns. 3. Skills Requirement and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Geodetic Engineering, Real Estate, Public Administration, or any related field At least 2 years of experience in land administration or project coordination Familiarity with land acquisition processes, documentation, and government regulatory requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain land files, databases, and document tracking. Familiarity with Google Earth and KMZ files is an advantage. Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and professionalism in dealing with landowners and stakeholders. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
