About The Role We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in social media management, content strategy, community management, analytics, and paid social campaigns, with the ability to work closely with communications, marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Identify target audiences and recommend appropriate platforms and content formats. Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor social media trends. Content Management Manage the creation, curation, and execution of social media content, including copy, images, videos, stories, and reels. Maintain consistent posting schedules across Meta and LinkedIn. Ensure content follows established brand guidelines and tone of voice. Attend relevant industry events and capture social media content when required. Community Management Monitor comments, messages, tags, and mentions across social platforms. Engage with followers, influencers, and end customers in a timely and professional manner. Escalate customer concerns and sensitive issues to the appropriate teams. Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, sentiment, traffic, and conversions. Prepare performance reports twice a month, including insights and recommendations. Use analytics to optimize content, posting schedules, and platform strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Communications Managers, Product/Offer Marketers, and other marketing teams. Support campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and external agency coordination. Assist with crisis communication on social media when necessary. Paid Social Co-plan and manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization. Support retargeting and conversion strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Team and Communications Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media performance data. Solid experience in: Social Media Management Social Media Strategy & Planning Content Creation & Management Community Management Performance Tracking & Reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Paid Social / Social Media Advertising Experience managing Meta and LinkedIn social media platforms is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness to feedback.
