Position Overview: Nao Medical is seeking Program Managers to take ownership of one of several high-impact healthcare programs. This is a fully remote role for USRNs or other medical professionals. The Program Manager will ensure program performance, patient engagement, and site utilization, while supporting operational execution and growth. This is not a direct patient care role, but does involve patient outreach via phone or telehealth to ensure program participation and continuity of care . Programs Available Candidates may be assigned to manage one of the following programs: Psychiatry Program Telemedicine Program Nutrition Program Referral & Diagnostic Imaging Program Care Quality Program Why Join Nao Medical Ownership of a high-impact program with measurable performance metrics Direct impact on patient access and program growth Performance-based compensation with hourly pay and bonus incentives Remote work with flexibility after demonstrating strong performance Opportunities for professional development and career growth Primary Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned program’s patient engagement and site utilization Conduct outreach to patients as needed to reduce drop-offs and missed follow-ups Coordinate with providers and operations teams to ensure smooth patient flow Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions Maintain accurate tracking of program metrics, patient volumes, and follow-ups Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $10,000 USD/year Performance Bonus: Awarded after 3 months based on program engagement and outcomes Job Requirements USRN or licensed medical professional Experience in clinical or program coordination preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable making outbound patient calls and coordinating workflows Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment Schedule Requirements Full remote role Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (including holidays) Technical Requirements: Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum). Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage. Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity. Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version). Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication. Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.
