1. Role Summary We are looking for a Backend & AI Developer to join our remote team. This role focuses on Python backend development, server administration, and AI integration to help build scalable and reliable products. If you enjoy working with Python, APIs, cloud systems, and AI tools, we'd love to hear from you. Working hours: US PST 2. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain backend applications using Python. Develop REST APIs and backend services. Manage and support Linux servers and cloud environments. Deploy and troubleshoot production systems. Work on AI features using modern AI tools and frameworks. Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and automation into applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with the team to design and improve technical solutions. 3. Technical Requirements Required Qualifications Strong experience with Python backend development. Good understanding of APIs and backend architecture. Experience with Linux server administration. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience building and integrating REST APIs. Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning solutions. Familiarity with Git. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for remote work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker or Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices. Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Experience with RAG, vector databases, or AI agents. Knowledge of security best practices. 4. Location & Working Model Location: Remote We are hiring developers based in the Philippines or India . This is a fully remote role. You should have a reliable internet connection, be comfortable working on US PST hours , and be able to collaborate effectively with a distributed team. 5.
