Build rapport with customers and understand their needs through consultative conversations. Recommend the most suitable products based on each customer's situation. Clearly explain product features and differences in simple, easy-to-understand language. Address customer questions and objections with confidence and empathy. Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions. Escalate technical inquiries or complex cases to the appropriate team. Meet quality, productivity, and conversion goals. Qualifications To qualify, you should have: Previous experience in phone-based sales, inbound sales, pre-sales, consultative selling, or customer-facing support. Excellent spoken English with a confident and professional phone presence. Strong active listening and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain products clearly to non-technical customers. A quiet, professional home office with reliable internet. Availability to attend the full paid training schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SaaS, EdTech, Telecommunications, or Technology products. Familiarity with parental control or online safety products. Parent or caregiver experience is an advantage but not required.
