Key Responsibilities • Meet and exceed fast deadlines with high-quality drawings • Communicate daily with leadership on the progress of assigned projects • Responsible for handling 6-8 projects at a time • Translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents • Maintain pristine title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and consistent dimension strings across all drawing sets • Ensure drawings comply with American building standards, local ordinances, and state building codes • Incorporate client and team redlines and revisions accurately and efficiently • Collaborate closely with homeowners, builders, and the design team throughout each project • Proactively identify and flag potential design or documentation issues before they impact timelines Skills • , Knowledge and Expertise • Proficient in AutoCAD LT and drafting in the imperial system • Must seamlessly translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents • Pristine execution of title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and highly consistent dimension strings • Strong understanding of American building standards • Foundational understanding of local ordinances and state building codes • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset • Strong English proficiency and communication skills
