The primary responsibility is to collect the debt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum of Money (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court. What You’ll Do Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies Prepare data files for courts Sending demand letter via personal service Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions Personal service of the alias summons Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions) Manage execution process What You Need To Have At least 3-years work experience in law offices or in banking / finance sector Experience with: Small claim debt process (data file preparation, trial participation, knows courts practice) Execution process (knows the practice) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
