Must have VA experience We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing group of businesses based in Indianapolis. Our client operates multiple businesses across the carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, chemical manufacturing, and high-end interior design industries, including: Carpet Cleaning – A large carpet cleaning operation with approximately 10 technicians and 3 office staff, with continued expansion underway. Master Blend – A leading carpet and rug cleaning chemical company serving customers internationally. RG Decor – A high-end interior design and furniture showroom with approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of space and a team of designers. \ \ What You'll Do Recruiting & HireBus Manage the HireBus candidate pipeline daily. Review resumes and virtual interviews. Screen candidates for job stability, relevant experience, communication skills, and overall fit. Move candidates through recruiting stages and follow up as needed. Recommend only qualified candidates for final interviews. Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses. Operations Support Provide evening phone coverage using ServiceTitan. Handle customer calls, scheduling, and follow-ups. Conduct online research and build targeted mailing/prospect lists. Research high-value homes, gated communities, golf communities, lakes/reservoir areas, and other target markets. What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or candidate screening. Strong written and verbal English communication. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Comfortable reviewing resumes and recorded interviews. Able to recognize strong candidates and identify red flags. Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong research and internet skills. Comfortable learning new software and managing multiple tasks.
