About The Role We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer (.NET & Flutter) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. You will work across the entire application stack, building responsive web solutions with ASP.NET Core and Next.js while developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working with Microsoft technologies, modern frontend frameworks, cloud services, and mobile development to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ASP.NET Core, Next.js, and Flutter. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET and C\ . Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across web and mobile platforms. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while maintaining code quality. Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and Agile development activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and best practices. Requirements 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience. Strong proficiency in backend development using ASP.NET Core, C\ , and the Microsoft tech ecosystem. Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Solid experience in modern web application development using Next.js and responsive web design practices. Proven expertise in REST API development, integration, and architecture. Strong working knowledge of relational databases, specifically SQL Server. Proficiency with version control using Git and standard collaborative workflows. Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications. Nice to Have (Optional): Experience with cloud deployment and serverless architecture on Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL). Familiarity with state management frameworks in Flutter (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices (unit, integration, and UI testing). Understanding of modern UI/UX best practices and mobile app publication processes (App Store & Google Play).
