Position Overview The Artificial Intelligence Expert will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role focuses on building intelligent agents, automation workflows, integrations, and applied machine learning/NLP capabilities that streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with practical problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI systems. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain AI agents, skills, and automation workflows using modern LLM platforms (Convey, Claude, Copilot, etc.). Develop and integrate NLP pipelines for classification, summarization, entity extraction, and conversational interfaces. Design and implement system integrations between AI tools and internal platforms (EHR/PM systems, CRMs, databases, APIs). Collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership to identify high‑value AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions. Create prototypes, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI handling, audit readiness). Monitor model performance, detect drift, and maintain reliability through evaluation frameworks. Document workflows, architectures, risks, and operational guidelines for AI systems. Provide training, support, and guidance to internal teams adopting AI tools. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong proficiency with LLMs and AI platforms (Coney, Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, etc.). Experience building AI agents, skills , or tool‑integrated workflows. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts: classification, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning. Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, JSON , and automation frameworks . Familiarity with NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.). Ability to design and maintain d ata pipelines, ETL processes, and SQL queries . Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems (EHR/PM, CRM, ERP, cloud platforms). Applied & Operational Skills Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions. Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with rapid prototyping. Understanding of workflow automation and system architecture. Experience evaluating model performance (precision, recall, F1, confusion matrices). Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong documentation habits and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally. Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools (including Convey). Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or regulated industries. Familiarity with EHR/PM systems (Advanced MD, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with reporting platforms (Looker Studio, etc.) Background in automation (RPA, workflow engines, scripting). Prior work building production-grade AI systems or agents.
