If you know the ins and outs of credit disputing, thrive using modern tools like Go High Level and custom AI, and enjoy welcoming new clients with a warm smile, this role is built for you. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing Credit Repair Automation & Disputing: Run end-to-end credit repair workflows, drafting and tracking disputes for inaccuracies with major credit bureaus using our cutting-edge AI software and established strategies. Warm Client Onboarding: Host welcoming, clear, and engaging onboarding sessions with clients via Zoom or phone to guide them through the next steps and collect essential documents. Business & Personal Funding Support: Assist in gathering documentation and organizing client financial profiles for funding applications. Account Management: Keep things running smoothly! Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide timely updates for an active roster of 40–60 clients per month. Process Mastery: Follow internal SOPs, system rules, and workflows to ensure high-quality execution every time. What We’re Looking For Credit Expertise: Proven knowledge of credit repair, credit bureau processes, FCRA/FDCPA guidelines, and dispute strategies. Tech-Savvy & Ready: Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) , CRM tools, AI-driven software, and Zoom. People & Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a friendly, empathetic, and engaging presence on video and phone calls. High Capacity & Attention to Detail: Ability to seamlessly multitask and handle a active caseload of 40 to 60 clients without dropping the ball. Integrity & Reliability: Highly organized with strict respect for client confidentiality and financial data privacy.
