Job Type: Full-time Work Setup: Remote (Philippines) Schedule 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST (night shift in the Philippines) About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central for an established e-commerce brand. This role is responsible for maintaining account health, optimizing product listings, supporting FBA operations, coordinating promotions, and monitoring business performance through data and reporting. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with inventory, finance, and marketing team members to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon Seller Central account operations and account health. Maintain and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content, and backend keywords. Monitor listing performance, account notifications, inventory levels, Buy Box status, and policy compliance. Coordinate Amazon promotions, coupons, and marketplace deals. Handle customer service concerns, returns, refunds, reviews, and Amazon support cases. Manage FBA shipments, inventory reconciliation, and reimbursement claims. Analyze sales, traffic, and marketplace data to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare weekly performance reports and operational updates. Conduct listing optimization and testing to improve conversion performance. Support Amazon setup and maintenance for new product lines as needed. Work closely with internal teams on inventory planning and product launches. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA operations and Brand Registry. Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and A+ Content. Experience handling Amazon cases, reimbursements, and account health monitoring. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. Excellent written English communication skills. Able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics. Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools. Basic understanding of Amazon PPC. Experience with AI productivity tools for reporting or content optimization. Exposure to TikTok Shop Seller Center is an advantage.
