Your role is to support the ongoing development and maintenance of BigCommerce website. Assist in managing product uploads, addressing web issues, and supporting SEO initiatives to ensure a smooth an optimized online experience. Key Responsibilities Product Management: -Accurately and efficiently upload and manage new products on the BigCommerce platform. -Coordinate with inventory team to ensure timely and accurate product launches. -Learn the BigCommerce system and how it integrates with our tools and processes. Website Maintenance and Troubleshooting: -Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website. -Monitor site functionality and report or fix bugs as needed. -Maintain consistent site performance and user experience. SEO Support: -Assist in optimizing product listings and webpages for search engine visibility. -Apply on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, alt-text, and URL structuring. -Stay informed of SEO trends and contribute to strategy improvements as needed. Communication and Coordination: -Maintain regular communication with the U.S based team. -Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining clear communication.
