We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle staffing for a growing US-based restaurant brand, including its ongoing store openings across multiple locations. In this role, you'll own the coordination side of recruitment: sourcing candidates, managing onboarding paperwork, keeping staffing levels visible to leadership, and making sure every new hire has a smooth, on-time start. YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE 2-3 years of experience in a comparable recruitment or staffing coordination role Background in recruitment, hospitality, food \& beverage, or retail Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling candidate and staffing matters STRONG SIGNALS High school diploma or equivalent Experience supporting new store openings or high-volume, multi-location hiring Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving in fast-paced hiring environments RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS Talent Sourcing \& Recruitment You own the front end of the hiring pipeline, keeping it full and moving. Participate in all forms of talent sourcing, engagement, and recruitment Monitor social media and job board postings to keep listings active and visible Facilitate and attend off-site recruiting events and job fairs Candidate Experience \& Onboarding You ensure every candidate moves through the process smoothly, from application to Day 1\. Coach candidates through the application process, including background screening Schedule , facilitate, and help execute interviews and orientation/training sessions Assist new applicants in completing onboarding promptly, tracking progress and following up as needed Staffing Oversight \& Coordination You support department leaders by keeping staffing data accurate and visible. Actively monitor staffing numbers and communicate changes to department leaders Provide regular updates to everyone involved in the hiring process Maintain staffing and onboarding records in compliance with payroll policies, along with general filing and clerical tasks ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a US-based quick-service and casual dining restaurant brand with locations across multiple states.
