What you’ll do: • Serve as the main point of contact for technical support calls and emails from merchants • Troubleshoot terminal, POS, and payment processing issues • Assist with setup, installation, and configuration of payment terminals and gateways • Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues and provide solutions • Escalate complex cases to Level 2 support when needed • Work with hardware, software, and processing vendors to resolve technical issues • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system • Research and test POS software and integrations when needed What we’re looking for: • 2+ years of experience in merchant services or a related field • Experience with payment terminals such as PAX, Dejavoo, Valor, or ChargeAnywhere • Familiarity with processing platforms like TSYS or FD • Knowledge of POS systems and ecommerce integrations (Shopify, Clover, WooCommerce, etc.) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Clear communication and strong customer service skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Full-Time | Remote 8 AM pst to 5 PM PST, with occasional extended or on-call hours Why RedFynn We're not a big corporate machine.
