Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to architect and amplify Kalia Care's digital footprint from the ground up. This role is built for a marketer who can confidently navigate the creative balance of aesthetic content development while driving conversion performance via organic and paid funnels. Your primary objective is to cultivate brand presence, move local leads through a structured pipeline tracker, and cleanly transition generic media placeholders over to authentic branding assets. This role is highly autonomous and focuses entirely on dedicated internal execution with zero direct client contact. Primary Tasks: Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and schedule consistent content calendars across core corporate networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Creative Content Production: Design high-quality visual graphics, marketing banners, and edit engaging short-form video reels utilizing design suites. Lead Optimization \& Scheduling: Update and manage the internal lead pipeline, utilizing scheduling software dashboards to automate publication timeframes. Website Maintenance: Run routine copy updates, image replacements, and layout iterations inside the WordPress CMS to refresh generic visual themes with real staff and community imagery. Paid Campaign Tracking: Monitor, track, and tweak standard ad performance layouts to ensure digital media assets effectively generate localized client leads. Required Experience: Minimum 3\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design. Proven experience running paid social media campaigns with an explicit focus on lead generation metrics. Practical history updating layouts, text blocks, and media parameters within the WordPress environment. Background supporting an Australian NDIS, healthcare, or service-oriented SME is highly advantageous. Required Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or an equivalent technical field. Required Traits: High Accountability Execution: A self-starting operator who takes full ownership of brand schedules and reliably meets content deadlines. Empathetic Brand Voice: Flawless written and verbal English communication style, capable of formatting copy with appropriate sensitivity for the healthcare space. Data Security Integrity: Absolute discretion and compliance regarding back-office organizational systems and corporate assets. Required Software/Systems: CMS Platform: WordPress (Core functionality) Content Delivery \& Ads: Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Dashboard Design Systems: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Productivity Architecture: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Pay: Php35,000\.00 - Php45,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
