About Role The Campaign Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and designing simple but engaging social media graphics using Canva. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, a creative eye for design, and experience with analytics tools to track and improve performance. The Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. ● Manage, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media) to maximize ROI. ● Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance SEO and PPC efforts. ● Create high-quality, engaging visuals for social media posts using Canva, aligned with brand guidelines. ● Track, report, and analyze SEO and PPC campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies. ● Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. ● Optimize landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates. ● Manage budgets for PPC campaigns and ensure that spending aligns with overall marketing goals. ● Provide recommendations for improving website user experience based on SEO data and insights. ● Assist with other digital marketing initiatives and related tasks as required by company or client needs. You Must Have: At least 2 years of experience in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. At least 2 years of remote work experience. Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics. ● Proficient in Canva for creating simple but engaging social media graphics. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. ● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ● Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. Nice to Have: ● Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). ● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. ● Experience using ClickUp. ● Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Blueprint.
