Job Description We are seeking a qualified Accountant - Taxation (CPA) to join NCS Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our organisation maintains compliance with all taxation regulations whilst optimising tax efficiency. As a taxation specialist, you will be instrumental in providing strategic tax advice and solutions to support the financial health and legal obligations of our business. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic accounting environment where your expertise in taxation will directly contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities Preparing and filing accurate tax returns, declarations and compliance documents for the organisation in accordance with Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements Conducting tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and minimise tax liabilities whilst ensuring full regulatory compliance Reviewing financial statements and accounting records to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions and entries Maintaining comprehensive tax documentation and records to support audit trails and regulatory inspections Advising management on tax implications of business transactions, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring activities Coordinating with external tax advisors, auditors and government agencies on tax matters and dispute resolution Monitoring changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure the organisation remains compliant with current requirements Assisting in the preparation of tax provision calculations for financial reporting purposes Supporting internal and external audit processes related to taxation matters Minimum Qualifications What we're looking for A valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licence from the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in taxation or accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in tax compliance and planning Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations and the Bureau of Internal Revenue requirements Proficiency in tax accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and financial data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Professional integrity and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards Experience with transfer pricing, tax audit support or international taxation would be advantageous Jobs Summary Job Level Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Job Category Accounting and Finance Educational Requirement Bachelor's degree graduate Office Address Panorama Tower 34th Street, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila Industry Information Technology / IT Vacancy 3 openings Website https://www.ncs.co Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
