We are hiring a part-time delivery coordinator for an AI-powered customer retention company. This is not a traditional VA role. You will work directly with the CEO to keep client delivery running while the company scales. What makes this role different: Everything we do is AI-native. You will use Claude and other AI tools daily to build client deliverables. This is not optional, it is the job. You will work with real client data. Accuracy matters more than speed. Getting data wrong damages client trust. This is a growth opportunity. We are early stage and building fast. If you want to grow with a company, keep reading. You MUST have: Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily work Comfort working with data: spreadsheets, CSVs, CRM exports, reports Strong written English Availability during North American business hours (minimum 4 hours daily overlap with CST) Bonus if you have: HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Slack experience Background in SaaS, agencies, clinics, or coaching businesses Experience building prompts or automations with AI tools How To Apply Do NOT just send your resume.
