Position : Radiologic Technologist (Onsite) Location : Main Office (Blk 1 Lot 33 Springfields Residences, Brgy. Longos, City of Malolos, Bulacan) \& Assigned Onsite Locations (Corporate Sites, Health Caravans) Job Type : Full-time, Probationary Work Schedule : 5 days a week (8 hours per day, 1-hour lunch break) Reports To : Onsite Manager The Onsite Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of portable radiology services during TeleCure's health caravans, medical missions, corporate wellness activities, and community healthcare programs. In this role, you will manage the entire radiologic workflow, from patient preparation and image acquisition to transmission, radiation safety, and records management. Crucially, you will serve as the primary custodian of our high-value portable radiology equipment, ensuring its proper handling, transport, and operational readiness while strictly adhering to radiation safety standards, DOH/FDA regulations, and TeleCure's commitment to accessible healthcare. Key Duties and Responsibilities Patient Care \& Radiologic Procedures Verify patient identity, examination requests, and eligibility prior to procedures. Prepare patients by providing clear instructions, ensuring proper positioning, and monitoring their safety and comfort throughout the process. Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to established protocols and radiologist requirements. Ensure optimal image quality while actively minimizing repeat exposures and patient radiation dose. Image Processing \& Transmission Review radiographic images for quality, completeness, and diagnostic acceptability. Properly label, organize, and secure digital image files. Upload and transmit images to designated radiologists for interpretation within prescribed turnaround times, monitoring pending interpretations to coordinate follow-ups. Ensure radiology reports are accurately linked to patient records and forwarded to the appropriate departments. Equipment Custodianship \& Field Logistics Serve as the primary custodian of portable X-ray machines, digital detectors, workstations, and related accessories. Ensure the safe handling, packaging, transportation, setup, and storage of radiologic equipment, conducting rigorous pre- and post-deployment inspections. Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration, and immediately report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or loss. Participate in the deployment, setup, and dismantling of radiology stations during health caravans, assisting in planning power, space, and safety requirements. Coordinate with onsite team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and examination scheduling. Radiation Safety \& Compliance Implement rigorous radiation protection measures for patients, staff, and the public, including the proper use of lead aprons, shields, and barriers. Maintain strict compliance with DOH, FDA, and other applicable regulations governing radiologic services. Maintain accurate records of examinations performed, images transmitted, equipment usage, and operational incidents. Prepare reports related to radiology operations, equipment utilization, and ensure completeness of documentation for quality assurance. Qualifications and Requirements Licensure: Licensed Radiologic Technologist (PRC Registered) in good standing, with all valid certifications required by applicable regulations. Experience: Proven experience in diagnostic radiology; specific experience with portable or field-based imaging services is highly preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of radiation protection principles and radiologic quality assurance. Solid familiarity with digital radiography systems, PACS, image transfer platforms, and electronic medical records (EMR). Field Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively and participate in dynamic field deployments. Capable of safely handling, packing, and setting up portable radiologic equipment. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and effectively in remote, fast-paced environments.
