Club Feast is built to scale: strong systems, clear ownership, and teams designed for national growth. About The Role We are hiring an Appointment Setter to join our commercial growth team. This is a fully remote role , supporting U.S. sales efforts and working primarily during U.S. business hours . You will sit at the very top of the revenue funnel, responsible for outbound outreach and meeting generation for our Sales team. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to support pipeline growth and learn proven outbound sales processes in a scaled, venture-backed environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to B2B sales , strong coaching, and a clear growth path into more senior commercial roles. What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting \& Qualification Execute outbound outreach through cold calling efforts (100\+ calls a day) Contact decision-makers at U.S.-based companies Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives Pipeline \& CRM Management Maintain clean, accurate lead data in HubSpot Track outreach activity, responses, and meeting outcomes Follow structured sales workflows and outreach cadences Collaboration \& Learning Partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership Learn messaging, qualification frameworks, and outbound best practices Incorporate feedback to continuously improve conversion rates What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Consistently booking qualified meetings for Sales Mastering Club Feast’s outbound messaging and ICP Becoming a reliable contributor to pipeline growth Demonstrating readiness for expanded sales responsibility Who You Are Strong written and verbal English communicator Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Coachable with a strong learning mindset Comfortable working U.S. hours Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus Why Join Club Feast Direct exposure to U.S. sales teams and leadership High ownership from day one Remote-first, globally distributed team Clear growth path into BDR or AE roles Join a well-funded company building a category-defining platform
