AI Automation & E-commerce Innovation Specialist About The Company We are a growing Netherlands-based e-commerce company specializing in hairstyling tools , selling across major marketplaces and our own webshop. We are looking for someone who can help us turn AI into real business improvements. Your Role You will be responsible for continuously finding, building, and improving AI-powered solutions across the business. Your job is to: Identify processes that can be automated or improved Build AI agents, workflows, and internal tools Explore Claude, ChatGPT, MCP, n8n, Make, APIs, and emerging AI technologies Automate operations, logistics, customer service, marketing, and e-commerce processes Build prototypes and turn successful ideas into scalable solutions Continuously research new AI tools and ask: “How can we use this?” You will have a high level of freedom and are expected to bring your own ideas and build proactively , rather than simply follow instructions. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with AI automation and workflows Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools Strong problem-solving and technical skills Experience with AI agents, MCP, n8n, Make, APIs, Python, or similar tools Entrepreneurial and highly proactive mindset Someone who naturally looks for ways to eliminate manual work Comfortable experimenting, testing, and learning new technologies Bonus: Experience with cash-flow models, financial modelling, forecasting, or other financial systems. The Ideal Candidate You see a manual process and immediately think: “Why are we doing this manually? Let's build it.” This is not a traditional developer role . We are looking for a builder who can identify opportunities, create solutions, and make a measurable impact on the business. Pay: Php12,720.59 - Php44,879.42 per month Work Location: Remote
