About The Role Looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while managing marketing and web projects from start to finish. This role combines client relationship management and project management . You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and updates. Conduct regular client check-ins and provide performance and project status reports. Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage the full project lifecycle including timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate internal teams such as developers, designers, and content creators. Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure quality standards are met before final project delivery. Support account growth and identify opportunities to expand services. Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed. Expected Results High client satisfaction and strong retention rates. Clear project communication across internal teams and clients. Projects delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality standards . Efficient creation and execution of marketing assets and strategies for clients. Requirements Experience 3–5 years of experience in account management and/or project management . Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Technical Skills Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com Familiarity with Google Workspace CRM experience such as GoHighLevel (or similar) Remote Work Requirements Reliable computer capable of handling project management and communication tools.
