LeadAdvisors
LeadAdvisors is an operator-led BPO and digital growth company. Since 2012 we have built and run the revenue infrastructure behind growing companies — managed contact center teams, contact-rate optimization, speed-to-lead systems, appointment setting, lead generation, CRM automation, and authority content. We are headquartered in Orange County, California with global operations across the Philippines, LATAM, the Middle East, and the US. We are looking for a Sales Director to own our B2B sales number and build a disciplined revenue engine. You will lead SDRs, closers, and business development, run the daily sales cadence, inspect pipeline quality, enforce HubSpot discipline, coach reps, and deliver an accurate forecast. To be successful as a Sales Director, you should have deep experience leading B2B sales teams in services, BPO, agency, lead generation environments, or digital growth, and a proven record of improving conversion — not just maintaining a team. A top candidate treats the pipeline as a system to be inspected and improved every day, and is comfortable being accountable for closed revenue. Key Responsibilities: Own the B2B sales number: pipeline coverage, qualified meetings, proposals, win rate, new contract value, seats sold, and closed revenue. Run the daily, weekly, and monthly sales operating rhythm, including standups, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal reviews, and call coaching. Lead, coach, and develop SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, and the Business Development Manager as the team scales. Inspect pipeline quality rather than activity volume, and correct weak qualification, poor follow-up, missed next steps, and stalled deals. Enforce HubSpot discipline across source, owner, stage, next step, forecast category, and deal notes. Improve conversion across the full path: outbound response, booked audit, discovery, proposal, close, and delivery handoff. Deliver a reliable weekly forecast covering what is closing, what is slipping, what is blocked, and the action that moves each deal. Build and maintain the SDR-to-closer handoff process with clear acceptance criteria. Partner with RevOps to improve routing, enrichment, attribution, dialer-to-CRM sync, automation, and reporting. Feed sales insight back into targeting, lead quality, offers, messaging, and campaign priorities. Review strategic opportunities with the CEO and ensure proposals are accurate, commercially sound, and delivered on time. Document repeatable sales playbooks that allow the company to scale beyond founder-led closing. Qualifications 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including sales leadership experience. Proven success leading revenue teams in BPO, outsourced services, agency services, lead generation, SaaS-enabled services, contact center, or digital growth. Demonstrated track record of improving sales execution and conversion, not only inheriting a mature team. Experience managing both SDR/BDR and closing teams, including activity standards, coaching, call reviews, and performance improvement. Strong command of HubSpot or a comparable CRM, with a working understanding of pipeline stages, attribution, and CRM hygiene as revenue controls. Experience forecasting revenue, inspecting deal quality, and identifying pipeline risk. Strong sales coaching ability across discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing. Experience selling complex, consultative, outcome-based services with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles. Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level sales conversations. Ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment with structured reporting and disciplined follow-through. Experience in high-lead-volume industries such as debt settlement, tax resolution, mortgage, insurance, business lending, legal, healthcare, home services, or agencies is a strong advantage.
