(Philippines-Based) High-End Residential Remodeling \| Full-Time Remote Supporting a U.S. Luxury Residential Construction Company Gill Construction is seeking a highly detail-oriented Remote Estimator based in the Philippines to support our growing high-end residential remodeling operations in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys construction systems, estimating accuracy, takeoffs, organization, and supporting complex custom residential projects behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our leadership and project teams to help build accurate estimates, organize scopes, support subcontractor pricing, and keep pre-construction moving efficiently. We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, organized, and eager to grow long-term with a quality-focused construction company. What You'll Be Doing Preparing quantity takeoffs and estimates from plans and specifications Assisting with budgeting and preconstruction workflows Supporting bid requests and subcontractor pricing coordination Reviewing drawings, finish schedules, and project documentation Updating estimates and tracking revisions/change orders Organizing estimating data within JobTread or similar construction software Assisting with scope alignment and project costing Collaborating remotely with U.S.-based project managers and leadership What We're Looking For Prior experience in construction estimating or takeoffs Experience supporting residential remodeling or custom home projects preferred Familiarity with JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar platforms Strong Excel and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable internet and professional remote work setup Ability to overlap partially with U.S. business hours Bonus Experience High-end residential or luxury remodeling experience Change order management Material procurement support Project coordination or PM support experience U.S. construction company experience What Success Looks Like Accurate and organized estimating support Clear communication and dependable follow-through Strong attention to detail with minimal scope gaps Continuous improvement in estimating systems and workflows Becoming a trusted long-term member of our team Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, capabilities, and software proficiency.
