About The Role We're looking for an experienced HOA Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HOA or Property Management accounting and hands-on experience using Vantaca . In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for homeowners' associations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting for HOA communities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and account reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Maintain the general ledger and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Process homeowner assessments and vendor payments Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date in Vantaca Work closely with community managers and vendors to resolve accounting issues Requirements At least 2 years of accounting experience supporting US-based clients Hands-on experience using Vantaca (required) Experience in HOA or Property Management accounting Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have working as an Accountant or Bookkeeper supporting US-based clients in HOA?
