About The Role Procurement Officer ensures that activities are conducted in a transparent, competitive, and compliant manner while supporting project delivery objectives, cost optimization, and risk management. Key Accountabilities Manages end-to-end procurement activities for assigned high-value civil construction, maintenance, repair, consultancy, and infrastructure projects. Coordinates contractor sourcing, negotiations, contract award recommendations, post-award contract administration activities, and other responsibilities in accordance policies and requirements. Works closely with project teams, finance, legal, and operational stakeholders.
