Website: https://www.champcodeacademy.com/ About The Role As an Online Kids English Teacher , you'll conduct live online classes and guide young learners through beginner-friendly coding lessons using our structured curriculum. Your primary focus is creating an engaging, encouraging, and interactive learning environment where children feel confident to learn and participate. This is a teaching-focused role with minimal administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for educators who enjoy spending their time interacting with students. Key Responsibilities Conduct live online classes via Zoom. Teach and guide children aged 7 and above using structured lesson materials. Create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual classroom environment. Help students understand beginner-friendly coding concepts through our provided curriculum. Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking. Monitor student progress and provide simple feedback when needed. Collaborate with the Tutor and Admin teams to ensure a positive learning experience. Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written English. Passionate about teaching and working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, patient, and able to keep young learners engaged. Comfortable learning and teaching beginner-level coding concepts using our curriculum. Previous online teaching or classroom experience is an advantage but not required. Willing to learn and adapt to new teaching methods. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable learning independently while working with a supportive team. Technical Requirements Laptop or desktop computer. Intel Core i5 (8th Generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 Series or newer), or equivalent. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Stable high-speed internet connection. Webcam and quality headset with microphone.
