We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our growing Healthcare Account team . This role is strictly for professionals with hands-on experience in the healthcare industry , particularly in healthcare accounting, billing, or financial operations. Candidates must have strong accounting and data management experience, solid knowledge of U.S. accounting practices, and a proven ability to handle high-volume financial data with accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain healthcare-related financial records , including invoices, claims, and payment transactions Review and verify financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and procedures Assist with account reconciliations and support the preparation of financial reports Maintain organized and up-to-date records in accounting systems and databases Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of billing, payments, and account updates Handle sensitive patient and financial information with strict confidentiality and professionalism Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting and data issues Requirements Minimum 2 years of accounting and/or data entry experience in the healthcare industry (REQUIRED) Strong background in healthcare accounting, billing, claims processing, or financial operations Hands-on experience with U.S. accounting processes and U.S.-based bookkeeping functions Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting/data systems Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity in handling confidential patient and financial data Willing to work night shifts (U.S. business hours) Must be able to start immediately Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in healthcare billing and coding processes Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management is a strong advantage What We’re Looking For Highly accurate and dependable professional with strong data entry skills Problem-solver who ensures data integrity and resolves discrepancies Team player with a proactive mindset in supporting accounting operations Committed to confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data standards Why Cliniqon?
