Fully-remote role Laptop and other equipment provided Excellent package on offer About The Role The purpose of the Finance Licensing Specialist is to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support for sales and project operations. The role is responsible for ordering hardware, software, and related subscriptions, coordinating new sales activities, and ensuring accurate setup of projects and contracts. It includes maintaining internal systems with up-to-date customer information, reviewing and correcting data inconsistencies, and monitoring cost and revenue alignment to prevent potential issues. What You'll Do Ordering hardware and software include Subscriptions and Maintenance Coordination within the team on new sales Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in internal system Provide assistance and early warning of such problems as cost greater than revenue, excessive charges, and potential penalties Draft and generate customer invoices Process approved credit notes Record vendor invoices Complete reporting requirements as set by the Manager Update internal procedures Ad hoc task as requested What You Need to Succeed Several years’ experience within the finance/admin department of a Managed Services Provider Experience with Microsoft CSP and SPLA licensing Good understanding of technology A Little Bit About Us FUJIFILM MicroChannel is a multi-award-winning business solutions and technology provider, servicing mid-sized to large businesses, corporate divisions, government agencies, and enterprise organisations.
