What You‘ll Do: Lead the frontend redesign of approximately 18 existing applications, modernizing UI/UX for consistency and performance, and design responsive web apps using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks. Create compelling visual designs for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand collateral using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Integrate AI-powered features into products (chatbots, smart search, personalization), develop AI-augmented workflows, and maintain quality control over AI-generated code and design outputs. What You Need: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong experience with at least one modern JS framework (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Svelte). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, plus hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and AI image generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly). Demonstrated ability to write effective prompts for both code generation and visual design AI tools, with an understanding of AI limitations, ethics, and quality assurance. Strong portfolio showcasing both frontend development projects and graphic design work, plus excellent visual eye for typography, color theory, and layout principles. Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving AI landscape; strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional agile teams. Why Join Us?
