About The Role In this position, you'll be expected to manage the overall performance and governance of the Statement of Work (SOW), managing day-to-day operations in accordance with the requirements of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set out in the SOW in partnership with the Project Managers. As a key player in the Operations teams, you will promptly identify and resolve Service delivery issues, handle transition management during setup or expansion phases, and support the deployment of infrastructure necessary to perform the Services—including all technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources. This is a critical leadership role ensuring the alignment of process mechanisms with internal strategies to support Innodata's overall Project Delivery goals and objectives. Key Requirements: Exposure to PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Must have a strong technology orientation, as demonstrated by the candidate’s academic background, and experience leading generative AI, data labeling, data annotation, content moderation, or trust and safety projects. Candidates with progressive experience transitioning from traditional BPO operations to AI-related programs may also be considered. 5+ years of experience in operations and people management, including managing leaders, with a strong desire to develop team members.
