Profile Requirements: Recruitment Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to contract signing. Account & Client Management: Ability to handle client relationships and align recruitment strategies with client needs. High Volume Recruitment: Comfortable handling multiple job orders simultaneously across various roles. Market Experience: Prior experience working with Australian (AU), American (US) clients, or hiring local Philippine talent. Industry Exposure: Preferably has recruited for Digital Media, Finance, Customer Service, and Administrative roles. Strong Communication Skills: Able to professionally engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage processes, prioritize tasks, and resolve recruitment challenges. Core Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment management, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to contract signing. Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Handle high volumes of job orders across multiple industries and positions. Source, screen, and hire local Philippine talent in addition to international candidates. Maintain and update candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms. Identify top talent for Australian, US, and local markets using creative sourcing strategies. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations with candidates.
