Our mission is to help patients find the care they need through innovative digital marketing strategies. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can improve our search rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified patient leads. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience . Experience working with healthcare, medical, or local SEO is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices. Experience with keyword research and search intent analysis. Knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO. Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Excellent written English communication. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified leads. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and metadata. Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements. Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and GA4. Improve local SEO, including Google Business Profiles and location pages. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach strategies. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations. Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversions, and provide monthly performance reports. Stay up to date with Google's algorithm changes and SEO industry trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-location healthcare websites. Knowledge of schema markup and structured data. Familiarity with page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and best practices is a plus.
