My Biz Niche
Junior Paid Search Specialist (PPC) What happens when you change one keyword, rewrite one ad, or adjust one bid? You find out. That’s what makes paid search exciting. Every campaign is a live performance puzzle. The data tells you what’s working, what isn’t, and where there’s an opportunity to do better. We’re looking for a Junior Paid Search Specialist who wants to get closer to that process. Someone who enjoys working with PPC campaigns, digging into performance data, catching opportunities others might miss, and seeing how their work impacts real results. You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Manager to execute campaign changes, manage keywords and ads, monitor performance, support testing, and help keep campaigns moving toward their targets. This isn’t a generic data or reporting role. You’ll be working inside real paid search campaigns where your attention to detail, judgment, and execution can directly affect performance. If you’re already building your PPC skills and want the opportunity to work on real campaigns, learn from an experienced Paid Search Manager, and grow deeper into performance marketing, this could be your next move. About My Biz Niche We're not your average agency. We're a global powerhouse of over 50 fiercely passionate, results-obsessed marketers. We don't just talk the talk; we walk the walk, consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients and redefining industry standards. We've won awards, been featured in magazines, and made waves in the digital world, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. We're hungry for more, and that's where you come in. What You’ll Do You’ll support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns by: Building and launching search ads, keywords, and landing page links based on established campaign strategies. Adding, pausing, and updating keywords based on the Paid Search Manager’s strategy. Drafting ad copy variations for review and approval. Setting up approved A/B tests within the advertising platform. Implementing assigned bid, targeting, and budget changes and confirming completion. Monitoring campaign performance and identifying underperformance, unusual changes, and opportunities for the Paid Search Manager to review. Tracking key PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI. Monitoring campaign spend against established budgets and flagging significant discrepancies. Adding and updating ad extensions/assets as instructed. Monitoring established conversion and campaign tracking using internal and external tools. Compiling campaign performance data into standard reporting templates. Checking reporting data for accuracy before Manager review. Maintaining accurate campaign change logs for each client account. Tracking assigned campaign tasks and providing timely updates on completed work. Participating in strategy, reporting, and performance review sessions to build your understanding of keyword targeting, testing, bidding, and campaign optimization. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in PPC and performance marketing, not someone simply looking for a job that involves numbers. You’re Curious About What Drives Performance You want to know why one campaign, keyword, or ad performs differently from another. You’re interested in what the data is telling you and what could be done differently. You Have an Eye for Detail In paid search, small mistakes can have real consequences. You take campaign setup, keywords, ads, tracking, budgets, and reporting seriously and check your work before it goes live. You Notice When Something Changes You don't blindly follow numbers. When performance shifts, spend looks unusual, or something doesn't look right, you notice it and raise it with the right person. You Take Ownership You don't need to be chased for every task. You keep track of your work, follow through on campaign changes, and communicate when something needs attention. You’re Coachable You’re comfortable working under the direction of a Paid Search Manager, asking questions, receiving feedback, and applying what you learn. You Care About Results You don't just want to complete tasks. You want to understand how those tasks contribute to better campaign performance. What You’ll Bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with paid search campaigns. Basic familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Basic familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager , or strong aptitude to learn quickly. A working interest in keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign testing, bidding, and optimization. Comfort working with spreadsheets and campaign performance data. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple campaign tasks and deadlines. Google Ads Search Certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it within the first 30 days. Exposure to campaign tracking setups such as GCLID and conversion tags is a plus. How You’ll Make an Impact Success in this role means more than completing a checklist. Your work helps keep client campaigns accurate, active, and moving in the right direction. You’ll be expected to: Execute assigned campaign builds and edits with at least 95% accuracy . Complete assigned campaign tasks within the expected 24-hour turnaround . Maintain at least 98% reporting data accuracy before Manager review. Flag campaign anomalies or performance issues within 24 hours . Complete at least 90% of assigned tasks on time . Maintain strong task execution, communication, and follow-through with the Paid Search Manager. This Role Is for You If… You see CPC, CTR, CPA, keywords, search queries, bidding, ad copy, and conversion rates and want to understand how they connect. You’re excited by the idea of opening a campaign, seeing what the numbers are telling you, and figuring out what deserves attention. You want to build a career in PPC and performance marketing , not simply work in a role that happens to involve spreadsheets and numbers. And you want your work to have a measurable outcome. Why Join My Biz Niche You will be joining a global team that values speed, creativity, and performance equally. This is not a “make things look nice” role. This is a “make things work” role. Your work will be seen by real audiences, tested in real campaigns, and used to drive real business results for clients around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced marketers, develop your PPC skills, and see firsthand how paid search decisions translate into measurable performance.
