Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist TikTok | Instagram | Facebook | Influencer Marketing We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to promote and grow our e-commerce products across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Strong TikTok experience is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies for e-commerce products Manage and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Create TikTok strategies designed to increase product awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales Develop creative ideas for short-form videos and product-focused content Identify trends, sounds, content formats, and opportunities on TikTok Promote new and existing products through social media campaigns Identify and contact relevant influencers and content creators Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships Coordinate product samples, collaborations, and promotional campaigns Work with TikTok Shop, affiliates, and creators where applicable Develop briefs and content ideas for influencers and creators Monitor campaign and creator performance Track engagement, traffic, conversions, and sales Research competitors and successful e-commerce brands on social media Recommend new strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales Requirements Strong hands-on TikTok experience is a MUST Proven experience marketing e-commerce or physical products Experience with TikTok content strategy and product promotion Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate/creator marketing is highly preferred Experience with Instagram and Facebook marketing Experience finding, contacting, and working with influencers Strong understanding of short-form video content and current social media trends Creative mindset and ability to develop new promotional ideas Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics Strong communication and organizational skills Amazon/e-commerce marketplace experience is a plus Schedule Full-time, US Eastern Time (ET) Compensation Based on experience and qualifications; discussed during the interview. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
