Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms. - Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials. - Develop engaging and viral content, including captions, reels, and short-form videos. - Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement. - Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions. - Identify opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and audience growth. - Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns. - Track and report on social media performance metrics. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Social Media Management. - Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms. - Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media. - Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and viral captions. - Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other major social media platforms. - Knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience growth techniques. - Ability to identify trends and create timely, relevant content. - Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing brand accounts with significant audience growth. - Portfolio showcasing graphic design work, social media campaigns, and video content. - Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. - Creative and proactive. - Detail-oriented. - Trend-aware and highly engaged with social media. - Strong communicator and team player. - Results-driven with a focus on engagement and growth.
