OPEN TO FILIPINO CITIZENS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES Job Title: Sales Support Virtual Assistant (Remote) Pay: $5.00 per hour Schedule Part-Time (20 hours/week) or Full-Time (40 hours/week) About The Role We're looking for a proactive Sales Support Virtual Assistant to help our team connect with prospective clients and keep our sales process organized. If you're confident speaking with people, enjoy building relationships, and are comfortable making outbound calls, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients Research and qualify potential leads Contact prospects through phone, email, and messaging Schedule appointments for the sales team Update CRM records and maintain accurate notes Track follow-up activities and ensure timely communication Assist with pipeline management and daily sales tasks Provide activity updates and support the team as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sales support, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar role Strong written and spoken English communication skills Confident speaking with prospective clients over the phone Experience using CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple follow-ups Self-motivated with strong time management skills Requirements Reliable laptop or desktop computer Stable high-speed internet connection Ability to work with partial or full overlap with U.S. business hours Benefits 100% remote work Paid time off Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity with room for growth Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Work Location: Remote If you have experience with cold calling, enjoy speaking with prospective clients, and are looking for a long-term remote opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
