About The Role We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across our agency. This isn't a traditional admin-style project management role. You'll be responsible for driving accountability, improving operational efficiency, managing project delivery across multiple departments, and ensuring teams consistently execute at a high standard. You'll work closely with department heads, account managers, and leadership to keep priorities aligned, projects moving, and bottlenecks removed. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring work gets delivered on time, teams remain accountable, and clients receive an exceptional experience. What You'll Be Responsible For Owning the agency's project delivery framework and execution processes. Running sprint planning, pod meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, and operational check-ins. Managing project timelines, resources, workloads, and delivery schedules. Identifying delivery risks before they become client issues. Escalating blockers and driving resolution across departments. Improving workflows, systems, SOPs, and operational processes. Monitoring team capacity and utilisation to maximise efficiency. Driving accountability across teams and ensuring commitments are met. Working with leadership to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively. Maintaining visibility of project health, risks, and delivery performance. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Who We're Looking For You thrive in fast-paced environments and naturally bring structure, clarity, and accountability to teams. You are comfortable having difficult conversations, chasing overdue deliverables, challenging inefficiencies, and ensuring commitments are followed through. You understand that successful project management is not just about updating boards—it's about driving outcomes. Requirements 5\+ years experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, Operations, Delivery Management, or similar roles. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project delivery methodologies. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and team performance. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Bonus Points Experience working within a digital marketing agency. Experience managing cross-functional teams across Paid Media, SEO, Content, Design, Web, and Client Services. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.). Experience implementing operational frameworks and scaling delivery teams. Key Outcomes Within your first 6–12 months, we'd expect you to: Significantly reduce overdue tasks and delivery bottlenecks.
