Role Overview We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in a remote, junior-level capacity, supporting core bookkeeping and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) operations. This role sits within a collaborative, tech-driven SaaS environment that is currently mid-transformation — including process cleanup and AI-driven automation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-directed finance professional who is comfortable working within an established process and reporting into a small, closely-coordinated finance team. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and consistency. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, matching, and reconciliation. Support timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer invoices. Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation. Flag discrepancies or issues proactively rather than waiting for direction. Communicate clearly and regularly with the Senior Accountants on status, blockers, and priorities. Follow established finance processes and controls, adapting as the team evolves systems and workflows. Skills & Experience Skills Required Solid foundation in general bookkeeping and AP/AR processes. Experience with invoice entry and basic reconciliation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a self-directed working style — comfortable operating with minimal oversight once trained. Availability during core working hours to support real-time collaboration with the team. Personal Attributes Friendly, organized, and dependable. Comfortable working within a junior reporting structure and following defined processes.
