The work involves consolidating research materials, organizing legal filings, and formatting documents for submission. This role is well-suited for someone with a background in academic or legal research , or someone comfortable with clerical and formatting tasks in Microsoft Word and PDF document management . Ideal for Research Degree graduates, stay-at-home professionals, or those seeking flexible home-based work . The recording should capture the candidate's entire screen throughout the exercise, with no cuts or edits, showing: The candidate locating and reviewing the assigned sample listing Step-by-step use of the approved manual workflow (no automated tools) The final submission of the completed record This recording is used solely to confirm that candidates can follow the required manual, supervised methodology before being cleared for paid project work. Instructions and the sample listing will be provided upon application. Key Responsibilities Research Compilation Review and consolidate multiple annotated bibliographies into a single master annotated bibliography. Vet, catalog, and organize dissertation research materials. Maintain organized digital folders and records. Document Preparation & Formatting File Conversion & Organization Apply consistent numbering, indentation, and section formatting. Ensure all documents meet quality and readability standards. General Clerical Support Assist with data entry, file naming conventions, and document version control. Support the preparation of pleadings and formatted drafts for review by supervising counsel. Qualifications Graduate Research Degrees (preferred in Law, Political Science, English, or related fields ). Strong command of Microsoft Word , PDF editing , and basic document conversion tools . Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Comfortable handling legal or academic materials with discretion. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Claude CoWork is a must skill. Preferred Skills Prior experience with academic research formatting (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.) Familiarity with legal documents , court pleadings, or law school research. Basic familiarity with Markdown (.md) file formatting. Pay: Php30,000 .00 - Php35,000 .00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
