About the client: Client is a UK-based lighting solutions company serving architects, contractors, interior designers, and design engineers across the UK. We supply and specify lighting products for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, working closely with the design and construction community to deliver the right lighting solutions for every project. They are growing their commercial pipeline and are looking for a dedicated remote team member to help us build stronger client relationships and drive new opportunities from our existing network of over 5,000 contacts. Location: Remote Contract: Full time Hours: UK Business hours He/ She must have a can-do attitude to be able to meet deadlines set by clients. About The Role You will be the engine behind our CRM — keeping our 5,000-contact HubSpot database clean, active, and commercially productive. You will work closely with the Founder to follow up proposals, reactivate dormant relationships, and open new conversations with key decision-makers across the architecture, construction, and design engineering sectors. This is a high-activity, relationship-focused role requiring strong communication skills across telephone, email, Microsoft Teams video calls, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities CRM Management — HubSpot · Audit and clean the existing 5,000-contact database — verifying contacts are still active and employed at their current companies · Update records with new contacts, job title changes, and company information · Log all communications and activities accurately in HubSpot after every interaction · Build and manage follow-up sequences, deal pipelines, and task reminders within HubSpot Telephone Outreach · Follow up on proposals sent by the sales team with warm, professional calls · Re-engage lapsed clients and dormant contacts to rebuild relationships · Qualify and progress conversations with architects, contractors, and design engineers · Book meetings or calls for the Sales Director where appropriate Email Outreach · Write and send personalised follow-up emails via HubSpot · Manage and optimise email sequences for proposal follow-up and client re-engagement · Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally Microsoft Teams \& Virtual Calls · Attend regular scheduled check-ins with the Founder via Microsoft Teams to review pipeline activity, discuss priorities, and align on outreach strategy · Conduct introductory or follow-up video calls with UK clients and prospects where appropriate — presenting 299 Lighting's services and product range in a professional and confident manner · Use Teams for all day-to-day communication, file sharing, and task updates with the 299 Lighting team · Maintain a professional, well-lit home environment for all client-facing video calls LinkedIn Outreach · Operate from the Founder's LinkedIn account to connect with and message target prospects across the UK · Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages aligned to 299 Lighting's tone of voice · Identify and engage relevant contacts at target companies including architects, contractors, and design engineering firms · Monitor and respond to LinkedIn messages and notifications promptly on a daily basis Prospecting \& Research · Identify new contacts within existing target companies using LinkedIn and online research tools · Research upcoming construction projects, tenders, or specification opportunities relevant to 299 Lighting · Build updated prospect lists of new target companies upon request from the Sales Director Tools You Will Use HubSpot CRM Our central platform for all contact management, outreach, email sequences, deal tracking, and reporting. Every call, email, and note is logged here, giving both you and the business full visibility of the pipeline at all times. Microsoft Teams How we stay connected as a team day to day. You will join weekly check-in calls with the Founder, receive task priorities, share pipeline updates, and — where needed — host or join brief video calls with UK clients to introduce 299 Lighting's services or follow up on ongoing project discussions. LinkedIn A key channel for reaching architects, contractors, and design engineers across the UK. You will work from the Founder's established LinkedIn account to build new relationships and develop warm conversations with prospects in the UK construction and design community. VoIP Phone Used for all UK outbound calling. The tool will be provided or the cost reimbursed by 299 Lighting. Google Workspace Used for documents, reporting templates, and general file sharing. What We Are Looking For Essential Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales, SDR, lead generation, or CRM management role · Proven hands-on HubSpot experience — contact management, sequences, pipelines, and reporting · Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, and confident on the telephone and on video calls · Experience with LinkedIn outreach for B2B sales or lead generation purposes · Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily communication and video calls with clients and colleagues · Strong attention to detail for data management, CRM hygiene, and accurate record keeping · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a busy daily task list without close supervision Desirable: · Experience working with UK or European clients · Background or interest in construction, architecture, lighting, interiors, or building products · Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Experience using VoIP calling tools such as Aircall, JustCall, or similar What Succes What Success Looks Like During the first 60 days, the primary focus will be auditing and cleaning the 5,000-contact CRM database. From month three onwards, the role shifts fully into active outreach and pipeline building. Ongoing performance will be measured against the following targets: · CRM contact verifications: 50 to 80 records updated per week during the audit phase · LinkedIn messages and connection requests: 15 to 25 per day · Full CRM audit complete: Within 60 days of start date · Weekly pipeline report: Submitted to the Sales Director every Friday via Microsoft Teams TBA by Client Pay: From Php45,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): Have you read the job description with full understanding?
